Earl Grey, a prime minister’s name that was put on a kind of tea. Beginning of 18th century, Charles Earl Grey who was British prime minister added up Bergamot oil which is a herb with a great fragrance and possible remedy properties to black tea. The new created blend had a great taste, color and fragrance that was never made before and nobody had not experienced it. From that time, this new blend was called Earl Grey Tea and moat of the time was part of British people breakfast table. Traditionally, British people drink Earl Grey either completely pure or with milk or cream.
